If you want to try a sample gourmet recipe, here is an example of a gourmet cupcake that has a great and unique flavor.

First, you need to gather all of the needed ingredients, including 8 eggs, ½ cup cocoa powder, 1 ¾ cup all purpose flour, 8 ounces unsweetened chocolate, 3 ¾ cups granulated sugar, 4 sticks unsalted butter, ½ teaspoon salt, confectioner’s sugar and vegetable cooking oil. Once you have gathered these ingredients, you are ready to begin. Melt the butter in a pan, along with the 8-ounce chopped chocolate. Stir the mixture thoroughly and extensively to achieve a rich and even texture. Remove the mixture from the heat once you reach the best texture for the mixture. In a separate bowl, mix the all purpose flour, salt and cocoa powder. Slowly add the granulated sugar and mix it with the previous mixture of butter and chocolate. You can then add the eggs one by one, making sure that you do a constant stirring to incorporate the eggs as you add them individually. Blend all of the ingredients thoroughly until you achieve a firm and smooth batter. Once everything is ready, take out your cupcake trays and spray a little bit of oil on the surfaces. Pour about ¾ of cupcake batter on each mold and bake for about 20 minutes. But make sure that you have already preheated the oven to 350 degrees for best results. Try to check the level of doneness by sticking a cake tester or toothpick into the cupcakes. If the batter does not stick to the cake tester, then it is already done. Let the cupcakes cool for several minutes before you try to add a few frostings or icings.
